and finally celebrated my dream coming true as teenager!

When I came across this quote, I was astonished.

It’s framed on my desk already 5 years now. It is mind-blowing to realise that tomorrow is based on what you believe now and that you can affect the process now and every moment. So, I tried rewriting my beliefs, eliminating self-limiting beliefs etc. I found benefit in such exercices. Still, I thought something was missing from this sequence and went on a quest to find it.

The road I walked was not new.

I read a lot about rewriting your past as a means to fuel your today and future with more empowering beliefs.

Rewriting my past wasn’t also good enough for me. Felt like a rejection, a deletion of my past, my family, my whole life. That I was 100% liar. So I continued the quest.

Then I read that our beliefs are shaped by what we have experienced. That, of all that we have experienced, we treasure only some, what we call memories. Then that memories are created when we attach…
